ACES Level 1

$125/week for 10 weeks (pre-paid)*

ACES Level 2

$150/week for 10 weeks (pre-paid)*

  • Text Reminders to Students

*There is an additional one-time registration fee of $160 which includes your initial consultation intake meeting with you, your student, the academic coach, and ACA owner Susan Schaefer.

**Study hall is a time for students to join a Zoom meeting with an academic coach and other students to work on homework. Research has found that some students do better at completing homework when there is someone there to hold them accountable. There are set times each week outside of the normal academic coaching sessions that students can join and work on assignments.

highschool Coaching

Our high school academic coaching teach students how to organize, prioritize and utilize effective study, note and test taking strategies. An academic coach helps high school and college students with their approach to learning and how to use various academic coaching strategies. They work with students to develop success strategies that decrease stress and anxiety and promote success.

executive function coaching Executive function coaching teaches students how to organize, plan, prioritize, manage time, maintain focus, self-assess, and study efficiently. Self-management skills are increasingly important in a complex world with many distractions and competing priorities.
