College Academic Coach
As a lifelong educator, May has experience working as an academic coach for over twenty years. She earned her BA in Psychology at the University of San Francisco and her MA in Sociology and Education at Columbia University. May’s experience running a college success program for hundreds of students who were attending colleges and universities all over the country is the reason she is one of ACA’s most popular coaches. In addition to coaching young adults within the higher education space, May also works as an executive function coach for children and adults.
May specializes in supporting current college students to ensure academic success, enhance study habits, build strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills, and employ strategies to ensure timely graduation and minimal debt accrual. May brings specific knowledge in coaching students who have been academically disqualified and are seeking readmission to an institution within a specific timeframe
When May isn’t coaching she enjoys cooking, being active outdoors, and spending time with her two kids and husband.
