Natalie Schleining, M.Ed., M.S.

Natalie Schleining is a compassionate and experienced academic coach who brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent students. With a strong foundation in counseling, holding an M.Ed. in Educational Counseling and a School Counseling Credential from National University, as well as an M.S. in Counseling from Northern Arizona University, Natalie blends practical strategies with empathy and encouragement to help students thrive.
Since 2019, she has worked at the University of Arizona’s renowned SALT Center, where she provided one-on-one support to college students navigating the ups and downs of academic life with learning and attention differences.
Natalie’s diverse experience spans teaching university-level courses, working as an intake clinician in behavioral health, and supporting high school students in the San Diego area. Whether she’s helping students get organized or working on study strategies, Natalie is passionate about equipping students with the tools they need to succeed.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll likely find Natalie hiking a mountain trail, flowing through a yoga class, or planning her next adventure to one of her favorite places: Hawaii or British Columbia.
