Debbie holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of North Texas and a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania. She brings over 20 years of experience supporting students and families through challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and learning differences.
Debbie has worked extensively with students navigating the transition to college, helping them build executive function skills such as time management, organization, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy to prevent burnout and stress. She has led parenting workshops, run student support groups, and focuses on helping students stay organized, study efficiently, and maintain a healthy life balance.
With a warm and supportive approach, Debbie prioritizes building trust and connection with each student. She loves playing a meaningful role in their growth and journey toward independence.
Outside of coaching, Debbie is a published writer on topics such as resilience, confidence, and parenting. She’s also an avid marathon runner and competitive skier who enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, swimming, and camping with her husband and children.
